Returns and Refunds

Order Cancellations: We do not charge a restocking fee.

For stocked-item orders that have not been shipped, a 100% refund can be provided prior to the item shipping.

For built-to-order items requiring a deposit, and for custom work, a portion of the deposit payment may be retained depending on the work already performed to manufacture your order. The second payment (the completion payment) and a portion, or all, of the deposit will be refunded to you. If you paid in full when you had the option of a deposit payment, we will treat your order as if you had paid a deposit when looking at these amounts – you will receive up to a full refund, and no less than a refund of your payment less any manufacturing costs incurred, not to exceed what would have been the amount paid in deposit if you had paid by that method. Shipping fees are always fully refunded on orders that have not yet shipped.

Returns: For items that have been shipped and that are in new, unused condition, we will provide a return shipping label and a full refund, less shipping costs and any cost needed to return the item to a resalable condition. Please contact us for an RMA and package your item well if you would like to ship it back.
